Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pickle Time, including our website, player app, public watch pages, and venue scoreboard features (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who may use Pickle Time

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you should use the Service with permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your location and at the venue where you play.

Accounts and sign-in

You may register with email and password or sign in through supported providers such as Google or LINE. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Using the Service at a venue

Pickle Time connects your phone to venue equipment such as court QR codes and live scoreboards. When you scan a court code, you confirm that you are at the stated venue and agree to follow venue rules and staff directions.

You agree to use the Service respectfully: enter accurate names for guests, honor queue order in open play, and treat organizers, staff, and other players courteously.

Open play, tournaments, and sessions

Organizers may run open-play sessions or tournaments through Pickle Time. By joining, you agree to the format, schedule, and any house rules communicated for that session.

• Stay ready when called to court and notify the organizer if you need to leave the queue.
• Accept fair pairings and court assignments made through the session tools unless the organizer adjusts them.
• Understand that payment tracking in the app is for organizer reference; any fees are handled according to the venue or organizer's own policies unless we explicitly process a payment in the product.

Scoring, history, and DUPR

Match scores recorded in Pickle Time become part of your match history and may appear on venue displays. You agree to enter and confirm scores honestly.

• DUPR submission is optional. When you submit a match to DUPR, you confirm the listed players and result are correct.
• Manipulating scores, impersonating players, or submitting false DUPR results is prohibited.
• Pickle Time is not affiliated with DUPR and does not control how DUPR uses submitted data.

Public matches and watch links

You may choose whether certain matches are public or private. Public matches and watch links can be viewed by anyone with the link or through venue displays. Do not share sensitive personal information in match titles, comments, or public boards.

Recordings, highlights, and AI features

Some venues use cameras that can record play and generate highlights or optional AI-assisted summaries. Availability depends on the venue's equipment and settings.

By participating on a recorded court, you acknowledge that footage may be processed to produce highlights you or other participants view in the Service. Do not use AI or enhancement features to harass others or misrepresent match events.

Notifications

If you enable LINE or push notifications, we may send messages about queue status, matches, and account activity. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can disconnect LINE or disable browser notifications in your settings.

Premium features and venue services

Player accounts are free for core features. Some players or venues may receive premium capabilities, trials, or custom packages as described in the product or agreed separately with us.

Premium benefits, pricing, and trial periods may change. Any paid features we offer will describe billing and cancellation terms at the point of purchase.

Organizer and venue responsibilities

If you organize sessions or represent a venue, you agree to:

• Provide accurate session details such as time, location, capacity, and rules.
• Manage queues, courts, and participants fairly and safely.
• Obtain any permissions needed for recordings, sponsors, or public displays at your venue.
• Comply with applicable laws, venue policies, and sport governing-body rules.

Intellectual property

Pickle Time, its branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal or authorized venue use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except where allowed by law or with our written permission.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt servers or devices.
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate rankings.
• Misrepresent your identity, skill level, or match results.
• Use automated tools on the Service without permission.

Physical activity and health

Pickleball and other racket sports involve physical exertion and risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Consult a healthcare professional before playing if you have health concerns.

Pickle Time does not provide medical, coaching, or safety supervision on court.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted scoreboards, accurate third-party data, or error-free software.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Pickle Time and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, venue conditions, organizer decisions, or injuries during play.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid us.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pickle Time and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or events you organize through the platform.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion at /delete-account.
